Update: I should have known that I wasn’t going to get a fix in any meaningful way. I’ve read through a few articles and people seem to be angry that Ubisoft is making it so you can’t fast travel to your save game when you are being followed by a “hunter”. If you do the author suggests that you can still outrun the hunter but once the hunter gets in close you can’t run again.
I was a little disappointed by this update but I still have the game installed so I can give it a shot again. I’ll post my impressions and review after I’ve gotten to play for a while.
It’s a shame that I can’t save in the middle of the game but my PC can’t handle three games at the same time. I’ll just play for a while and then make my observations.

A 23-year-old man who was a known case of nephrotic syndrome for 6 years was admitted to our hospital complaining of exertional dyspnea.
